To start a return: 

  1. Please review our policy below. 
  2. Please visit our returns center .  
  3. Complete and follow the instructions on screen. 
  4. A member of our team will provide instructions on how and where to return the goods. 
  5. You goods will be inspected upon receipt. Assuming they are in appropriate condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment source. Or a replacement dispatched to you!
  6. That's it!


Refunds & returns policy 
  • Returns - Returns must be started 30 days from receipt of goods and dispatched to us within 14 days of a return request approval. If more than 30 days have elapsed since receipt of goods or the goods are not dispatched to us within 14 days of an approved return, then the item is ineligible for return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Order cancellation - You can cancel any order within 24 hours from purchase. 
  • Items exempt from returns. Custom steering wheels and fabrics are ineligible for return. Soft close doors kits, headlights or taillights with obvious signs of use are also ineligible for return.
  • Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale only and cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please visit our returns center and request a like item exchange.
  • Gifts - If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
  • USA Domestic returns are free. There is no charge for US domestic returns and USPS labels are provided in the returns center when filing your return request. 
  • International returns are customers responsibility - If you are returning an item from a country other than the USA you will be the responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and using shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund until an item has been received and inspected. 
  • Shipping fees are included in refunds where there is a mistake with the order but otherwise are not included. 
  • Restocking fees - where an item is outside the return window or return policy we may offer you a goodwill return for store credit or refund minus a re stocking fee.  
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
